Marketing infrastructure for a 10-venue hospitality group
Booking attribution, messaging automation and reporting unified across a group of venues that had been operating as ten separate businesses.
A hospitality group operating ten venues across Cheshire, each with its own social presence, its own booking flow and its own idea of what good looked like. Bookings ran through a third-party platform that offered no webhooks, so the data that mattered most sat outside anything the marketing could see.
The group needed to behave like one business without flattening what made each venue local.
Booking attribution was built first, pulling data from the reservations platform into the marketing stack via scheduled polling through Zapier, because the platform is pull-only and no amount of wishing makes it event-driven.
A unified messaging inbox was introduced across WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook, with a structured chatbot covering menus, hours, offers, FAQs, private hire and human handover, piloted at the busiest venue before rolling wider.
Reporting was consolidated into blended dashboards so venue performance could be compared honestly, and a group-level content framework set out what was fixed across the brand and what each venue was free to flex.
Ten venues running on one measurement and messaging layer, with booking data finally visible alongside the spend that produced it.
The engagement is ongoing, and the infrastructure built here is what made the second-venue launch in study 05 a repeatable process rather than a one-off scramble.
“Strategic enough to see the big picture but hands-on enough to actually build things.”
