A new site for ILBC, a luxury beauty consultancy working from London, Paris and Dubai. Off Wix and live in four languages.

Challenge
ILBC, International Luxury Brand Consultancy, has offices in London, Paris and Dubai. It helps fragrance, skincare, make-up and haircare brands enter new markets, find their position and get into the right retailers, and it runs events and hosted buyer programmes.
The site was on Wix. It had to work for brands looking for a way into new markets and for the buyers ILBC brings them to, across several countries, so one language was never going to be enough. And the team needed to keep it current themselves, without waiting on a developer.
Approach
I rebuilt the site from scratch in Astro and moved it off Wix. It is structured around the people ILBC works with: services, case studies and reports for brands, and events and hosted buyer programmes for buyers.
It was built for more than one language from day one, and the languages went live one at a time as ILBC's own translators signed each one off: French and Chinese, then Korean. Each version carries their wording exactly as approved.
Content sits in a CMS set up for their team. Case studies, articles, events and reports are edited and published in a browser, with no developer in the loop, and nothing they change can break the design.
Result
ilbc.co.uk went live on the 1st of September 2026, ahead of ILBC's event season, and now runs in English, French, Chinese and Korean.
